Over the years, he ascended through various roles, including licensed practical nurse (LPN) and registered nurse (RN), showcasing his dedication and expanding skill set in the healthcare arena.
Dr. Richemond’s academic achievements are impressive. He holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from Walden University, which complements his extensive background in business and nursing. His educational qualifications also include a Bachelor in Business Administration from Florida A & M University, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas, a Master in Nursing from Western Governor University, and a Master in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University. This diverse educational foundation not only underscores his commitment to lifelong learning but also positions him as a leader capable of bridging the gap between healthcare and business.
In addition to his leadership roles, Dr. Richemond has made significant contributions to academia. He has served as a professor at various reputable institutions, where he has inspired and shaped the next generation of healthcare professionals. His role as Vice President of Operations at JC Medical Center further illustrates his capability in managing complex healthcare environments and driving operational excellence.
As the founder and current president of Trinity Global Institute, Dr. Richemond focuses on producing highly skilled nurses who are prepared to meet the challenges of modern healthcare. His vision is rooted in his experiences as a nursing student, in which he aspired to be a change agent in the industry. This passion for nursing is mirrored in his entrepreneurial ventures, such as the establishment of Nurses Magazine and Glory Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting, both of which aim to enhance the nursing profession and address workforce needs.

Dr. Carl F. Charlot, MD, MBA, PA

Dr. Carl F. Charlot is a dedicated healthcare professional with a strong background in medicine and leadership. He attended Florida Atlantic University and pursued his medical education at All Saints University School of Medicine. His passion for patient care and community service led him to volunteer at institutions like Moffitt Cancer Center and the Veterans Affairs Medical Center at the University of South Florida.
After earning his Doctor of Medicine (MD), Dr. Charlot further honed his expertise through fellowship training in internal medicine and cardiology at Norwegian American Hospital (now Humboldt Park Health) in Chicago. Today, he is a trusted healthcare provider in Central Florida, known for his unwavering dedication to patient care and medical excellence.
Dr. Linda Celestin, DBA, MBA

With over 20 years of experience in the education field and more than 14 years as a dedicated instructor, Dr. Linda Celestin brings a wealth of knowledge, leadership, and passion to both the classroom and the administrative team. Her extensive background has made her a trusted mentor and a strategic force in shaping the next generation of healthcare professionals.
Dr. Celestin holds an MBA from Webster University and a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) from Argosy University. Her commitment to lifelong learning continues to drive her professional journey, as she believes that growth—both personal and professional—is nurtured through continuous education. This belief is deeply embedded in her teaching philosophy: that education is not a destination, but a dynamic, ongoing journey.
